Rachel

Rachel has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2006 after finishing at Gene Juarez Academy in Seattle. She spent a year as an apprentice at the Hair Lounge with Marv Smith, who has traveled the world doing hair shows, movie sets, and is well known in the hair industry for Hair Extensions, he currently is a trainer for Balmain Extensions. While under his expertise she expanded her skills in Color, Cutting, and learned over 7 techniques of Hair Extensions. Her true passion lies within the ever changing field of color. She loves to design the perfect creation to fit the clients everyday needs. Rachel assisted in several hair shows, she has volunteered for Dress for Success, and other organizations that use their job skills to better the community. Rachel has a heart for helping those in need and strives to find new ways within her skill set of hairstyling to do so. is an independent, charismatic individual always setting new goals to achieve.

Terri

Terri is a second generation Master Barber and east side resident of the Seattle area. Her career has spanned more than 20 years during which time she has mastered the art of straight razor shaving, men’s clipper and style cutting as well as razor cutting.

Terri’s expertise in hair care, meticulous technical skills and unparalleled client service make her one of the most sought after barber / stylist in the area. She is truly passionate about her career and strives to be on top of the latest trends and always continue to grow and excel in her craft.

Terri’s reputation for excellence and creative styles has not only earned her the respect of her colleagues but has also led to a loyal client following. She has an expert eye for hair design to compliment her clients face structure. In the past year, she has started to specialize in men with thinning hair. She can suggest an appropriate hair style or discuss the options available to enhance the hair loss.

“Cutting hair is a creative outlet for me. Helping people look and feel their best truly inspires me.” I want clients to walk in feeling at ease and comfortable, but most importantly confident with their barber. “My catch phrase is… It’s all about you!” Every client will receive a scalp message, hot aromatic face towel during a shampoo, a hot lather, straight edge neck shave and a follow up rinse after their hair has been cut.

Currently, Terri is starting up an organization called BuzzBecause. A program to provide free buzz cut services to folks who are losing their hair due to medical reasons.

Brianna

Brianna is Vidal Sassoon trained, haircutting is truly her passion. She specializes in edgy, funky haircuts; but can achieve anything from classy to conservative. She says that “Communication is vital to creating the perfect look. She will not begin a cut until she spends time listening to her clients needs. During your consultation I will spend time listening to every aspect of what you are looking for.” With a sincere passion for hair design, Brianna’s creativity and artistic eye leaves every client feeling like a masterpiece. “Everybody deserves to feel beautiful. Each client of mine will leave my chair with their own unique style. I want every one to know what it feels like to love their hair.” Brianna is certified in Balmain Extensions and Keratip Extensions. Her other services include color and straightening systems.

Kara

Kara graduated from the Gene Juarez Academy in 2008. From there she went on to the Gene Juarez Advanced Training Salon, and worked at their South Hill location as a design specialist for nearly three years. Her true passion is the art of cutting and styling hair. She loves doing hair for special occasions such as weddings, dances, etc. She also enjoys coloring hair and is Keratin Express certified. She makes sure that every guest leaves her feeling beautiful and refreshed.

Kim

As a life-long fashion magazine hoarder and entertainment enthusiast, Kim derives much of her inspiration from pop culture both past and present to create looks that range from classic to cutting edge. Kim’s “curl-envy” has led her to take a special interest in perfecting her skills with textured hair, from tight ringlets to loose waves. Most importantly, through a combination of education and collaboration, she makes it her objective to ensure that each guest leaves with hair suited to their unique character and lifestyle.

Angela

Angela Caspers is very passionate about her career and has been licensed since 2001. Her specialties are with Blondes and Reds, Bridal hair and Makeup, Fashion show work, Hair Extensions, Keratin Complex smoothing system, Eyelash Extensions, Waxing and Facials. She has worked with 2011 Miss Washington, Britney Henry and is involved in the Bellevue community with different networking groups. She loves the relationships she builds with her clients and her favorite thing is when a client says "It's perfect" after the service is over. Angela stays on top of all the high fashion trends and loves to be one of the first to do the newest thing out there! She will be sure to do what looks best on each person and that's one of the reasons why she loves this industry since there's so much variety in this world. It's a joy for Angela to use her artistic skills to boost her clients self esteem, helping them feel beautiful on the inside and out!
